“Boeing-707” crashed in Iran

The plane “Boeing-707” crashed in the vicinity of Tehran. It is reported by the Iranian news Agency ILNA.

The crash happened near the city of Safecast in the suburbs of the Iranian capital. At the crash site observed the thick smoke, went to emergency services — helicopter and more than a dozen ambulances.

“We are confident that the plane was not a passenger,” said Meditab Khalidi, a representative of the Agency for emergency situations.

According to the publication, the plane was a cargo and was heading from Bishkek to the city of Karaj in the suburbs of Tehran. On Board were 10 crew members, their fate is still unknown. The cause of the crash could be the actions of the pilot during landing.
