Despotic Yakut retired four days lived with a corpse

In Yakutia directed to court criminal case of a pensioner accused of the murder of an assistant on the farm. This was reported by the press service of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee on Friday, January 12.

According to the cupola, in October 2017, an elderly man living in a private house, hired a man for splitting firewood. After this work, a pensioner sent him for groceries but he returned only two days later. Suspected employee theft, the owner of the house during lunch grabbed from a table a kitchen knife and struck the offender several times in the neck and chest. The victim died at the scene from his wounds.

After killing a pensioner did not go to the police, and left a body in his house. Four days later the accused called the service delivery of water and asked her staff to report the incident to the police.

At the first interrogation, the elderly man confessed to the crime, but then changed position. He took advantage of article 51 of the Constitution giving the right against self-incrimination, and stated that the murder was not committed.

“In the course of studying of the person accused, the investigators questioned the social workers and employees of the service sector, which, because of official duties visited the accused. According to witnesses, despite the old age pensioner, he’s always had a temper on minor occasions showed aggression and despotism”, — stated in the message of management.

Experts admitted pensioner sane and conscious of the full nature and public danger of made actions.
