The Deputy head of the Duma Committee on defense Andrei Krasov introduced in the lower house of the Russian Parliament a bill on new rules of delivery of subpoenas recruits to call in the military.

According to the document, the summons can be send by registered mail. It will be considered delivered if a signature of receipt of the notification deliver personally recruit or any adult member of his family or any other authority to do it.

If the post office will deliver the summons after the indicated date of appearance, the recruit is obliged to visit the recruiting office for three days. If the summons comes after the end of the call, he would still have to visit the recruitment office until the next recruitment.
