The Ukrainian Prime Minister explained his appointment of “God’s will”

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman believes that his appointment to this position is “God’s will”. He told the Georgian version of the Forbes magazine an interview in the Russian language publishes

The interviewer asked Groisman, what it means to be the Prime Minister of Ukraine. “First of all we must understand that it is the will of God. For me, the will of God — to be in this particular place at this particular time,” he said.

“There are two important things you need to stress that the portfolio of the head of government is a big responsibility, and at the same time is a great opportunity to change the country for the better,” — said Groisman.

“All power is given with a lever, and this lever can be used in different ways. Some may use it for good purposes while others abuse it. I’m the kind of person who strives to create something. And I want Ukraine took the place which it deserves. I want to become a country with a strong democracy and a strong economy. I believe that we must put an end to this decade of lost opportunities”, — the politician concluded.

Groysman was appointed Prime Minister of Ukraine in April 2016. In this position, he was replaced by Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
