The Ukrainian Malyshev plant supplied to Thailand another batch of tanks “hold” the contract signed back in 2011. On Friday, January 12, reported on the website of the state concern “Ukroboronprom”, which includes the company.
“The last in 2017, the party of combat vehicles was stationary and field tests all products have been checked by the customer, received the appropriate certificates and 27 December were sent. Contract with Thailand Malyshev plant remains to pass to the customer only a few combat vehicles”, — stated in the message of concern.
There’s also clarifies that the complete fulfillment of all agreements under this contract, the company plans in the first quarter of 2018.
In addition, as emphasized in “Ukroboronprom”, in the present time the plant is ready to begin fulfilling the state defense order for the production of “Strongholds” for the Armed forces of Ukraine.
A contract worth 250 million dollars for the supply to Thailand of 49 tanks “hold” was signed in 2011. The deadline for its implementation was marked 2014, but in the beginning it was only the first batch. Then five cars were handed over in June 2015, another part — in July of 2016.
