Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman suggested Moscow with military equipment to return the Crimea. So he responded to the words of the Russian leader Vladimir Putin, reports channel “112 Ukraine”.
“Counter offer to the President of the Russian Federation — offer along with a fleet to regain the Crimea. Ready to take in the near future,” the Prime Minister said to journalists during a visit to Mariupol. These words he said in Russian.
January 11 at a meeting with heads of the Russian media Putin offered to return the Ukrainian military equipment left on the Peninsula.
“We are ready to transfer warships to Ukraine, which Crimea is ready to pass aviation equipment, armored vehicles”, — he explained, adding that the vehicles are “in poor condition”. In addition, Moscow agreed to invite the Ukrainian military to participate in the disposal of hazardous and not subject to the transportation of ammunition.
Crimea became part of Russia after the March 2014 referendum in which the majority of voters the people of the region supported this decision. Kiev, the EU and the USA refused to recognize results of plebiscite. In Moscow insist that the accession of the region conform to the norms of international law.
