In the dining halls of the house of Commons of the British Parliament will host and serve banquets. This decision was taken by Parliament in order to save the state budget, reports the Daily Mail.
In the future, dining and Banquet halls are planned to be assigned to a Michelin star. They will rent out for celebrations and wedding ceremonies in the moments free from meetings. Offers “an exclusive ambience, outstanding service and views of the river Thames”.
It is noted that in January of 2018 everyone will be able to dine in the British Parliament at the restaurant, decorated in Churchillian style. The average bill is estimated at £ 80 per person.
Now to food parliamentarians subsidies from the budget, in the future it is planned to refuse. Paul Beresford from the Tory party, supervising the work of the house of Commons, said that in 2017 compared with 2011 losses of Department of public catering was reduced by half (from six to three million pounds sterling).
