Biathlete Anton Shipulin and short-tremist Viktor Antonov is not allowed for the winter Olympic games in 2018 in Pyeongchang because of accusations of violation of the doping rules. It is reported by the French newspaper Le Monde.
A source close to the expert of the world anti-doping Agency Richard McLaren, told the publication that the doping tests of athletes taken during the Games-2014 in Sochi was held some manipulation.
