It was intended for people whose hair is falling out. Also the “medicine” sold to those who were supposedly symptoms of a “weak kidney”: they are convinced that it is used in traditional medicine to improve their function.

The scheme opened at the end of 2016, when one of the residents of the region said about the fraud to the police. According to prosecutors, in just five months, the group played 8945. They gave to swindlers of approximately 10.5 million yuan (about $ 1.7 million).
