Before the Day of defender of the Fatherland Metropolitan stores will check for the presence of counterfeit alcohol. This was reported on the website of the Moscow mayor.
“These [pre] the demand for spirits increases, however, increase the risks associated with the purchase of counterfeit alcohol,” — said the press service of the Moscow Department of regional security and combating corruption.
Raids will begin on February 7 and will last two weeks. They will involve the police and the agencies. Just check a few dozen outlets in Moscow shops complained of by the Muscovites, and the places where it had already found the fake alcohol.
According to the Department, over the past year in the capital to check the 96 outlets and seized about 22 thousand bottles of counterfeit alcohol. For illegal realisation of alcoholic production entrepreneurs will be fined from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, a strong alcohol — from 100 to 200 thousand rubles.
