Huge king Cobra and reticulated Python killed each other

A large reticulated Python strangled the king Cobra, and then died from her venom. Edition of the Daily Mail drew attention to a photo of the outcome of the fight, which has gained popularity in social networks.

Both snakes were dead when they were found by the photographer. In a picture published on Imgur, the Cobra squeezes the teeth on the neck of a Python, which, in turn, encircles the body of the enemy several rings.

Reticulated pythons are indigenous to Bangladesh, Burma, India, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Nicobar Islands and the Philippines. They are the largest snakes in the world. There are individuals, the length of which exceeds seven meters.

King cobras are the largest venomous snakes in the world. Average adult length is 3-4 meters, but the known instances, reaching 5.7 meters in length. Feed primarily on other snakes, including poisonous.
