The leadership of Uralvagonzavod (UVZ), which is known for producing the newest tank “Armata”, won in court the employees of the company, which after the change labour standards, cut wages in half and reduced the rest time. The workers are going to file a new lawsuit, according to Ura.ru.
Workers demanded to cancel the new requirements. “In five days you’ll be the case, find out why we were denied. But we have a fighting spirit. At the trial it became clear that the employer did not consider the provisions on labor protection when changed the standards,” — said the representative of the independent trade Union “Solidarity” Alexey Dimitrov.
According to him, according to the regulations on labor protection, obrebski the plant needs 15 minutes to work and as much rest as unhealthy. “That is 50 percent time, 50 percent of the work. And in new installations UVZ on vacation allotted only 18 percent of the time. We wanted the judge drew attention to this in the context of this lawsuit, but we were told to submit new,” — said Dimitrov.
New standards of development for the employees of Uralvagonzavod was introduced in October 2017. Under the new rules they have doubled, and the rate of work, by contrast, fell by 45 percent. In the result of innovations average salary of obrovskou and welders of the plant dropped from 60 to 30 thousand rubles.
