The finalists of the Russian contest of managers “Leaders of Russia” received 39 ratings from mentors, including leaders of Federal and regional authorities and top managers of major Russian companies. About it reported in a release received by the editors”.ru” on Thursday, February 8.
The finale of the competition began in the Olympic Park of science and art “Sirius” a day earlier, on 7 February. Before the evaluation took place panel discussion “the role of the leader in the development of the system of state governance on the regional level: challenges and solutions”. The second day was dedicated to communication with mentors.
Officials, heads of regions and heads of the companies noted the high level management decisions that offer the finalists during the evaluation. “We are ready to invite participants, which will meet our requirements”, — said the Chairman of the Board, General Director of JSC “Gazprom Neft” Alexander Dyukov and added that his team offered a number of interesting documents.
Plenipotentiary representative of the President in far East Federal district (FEFD) Yuri Trutnev said that the contestant from his district Veronica E. proposed to create a network of resource centres to support non-profit organizations that promote promising ideas for development of the Far East. He also invited the girl to participate in the discussion of the project of creating an independent youth Council in the region.
All-Russian competition of managers “Leaders of Russia” is being implemented on behalf of the President of Russia, the operator of the contest is the Russian Academy of national economy and state service under the President of the Russian Federation (Ranepa). The final stage will last until February 11. It held 300 people, they will receive educational grants in the amount of up to one million rubles, and 100 winners will be able during the year to obtain advice from the mentors of the project. Among them — first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Ministers, Sergei Shoigu, Anton Siluanov and Sergey Lavrov.
