The Secretary-General of the bobsleigh Federation of Russia Sergey Parkhomenko, told about conditions of stay of Olympians from Russia to Pyeongchang. His words leads TASS.

“Attention might have from the media. Go on the highway, the journalists and remove everything from the discharge of the beans from containers and ending with training. We see more attention from the Western media to our athletes,” said Parkhomenko.

Secretary General of the Federation also noted the support from foreign teams. “Athletes, coaches and officiating team — we all support and understand that it is more political history. We came here with the idea that more will have to catch sidelong glances, but we all support,” he said.

In December 2017 the international Olympic Committee has suspended the national team of Russia from participation in the Olympics in Pyeongchang for violating anti-doping rules. The Games will be attended by the team “Olympic athletes of Russia”, which will act under the Olympic flag. Russian bobsleigh also banned the use of red in the outfit.
