The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the Russian leader Vladimir Putin did not deliver on promises. This opinion he expressed in an interview with German newspaper Bild, the press service of Poroshenko.
“The whole world knows that the Russian President does not comply with the assumed commitments. Always, when he wants, he contributes another escalation [of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine],” said the President of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian leader spoke about the details of signing in February 2015 Minsk agreements, which must be resolved armed conflict in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine. “In Minsk, we spent 19 hours without sleep, without food. The Minsk agreement was signed in February of 2015, members of the “channel four” (the leaders of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine).
