Ukraine will take part in the investigation into the crash of aircraft An-148, crashed in the Ramenskoye district of the Moscow region on 11 February. This was reported on the website of the Interstate aviation Committee (IAC).
“Notice of accident sent to Ukraine — the state-the developer of the aircraft. Ukraine has appointed an authorized representative and advisers to participate in the investigation under Annex 13 to the Chicago Convention”, — stated in the message.
The text specifies that in the framework of the Commission the POPPY on investigation of the accident created the flying, technical and administrative sub-Commission and the group of the meteorological support and UVD working in their areas, provided by the rules of investigation of aviation incidents and incidents with civil aircraft.
In the afternoon on Sunday, February 11, in the Ramenskoye district of the Moscow region crashed the plane An-148 of “Saratov airlines”, EN route from Moscow to Orsk. On Board were 71 people — 65 passengers and six crew members, they all died. In fact the incident initiated a criminal case on violation of safety regulations, entailed on imprudence death of two and more persons (part 3 article 263 of the criminal code).
