He stressed that they had to provide the Pechersk court of Kyiv lawyer Yanukovych Alexander Gorodinsky, of which February 7 was removed from the courtroom during the proceedings for executions on the Maidan along with another lawyer Olga Prosyanyuk. According to him, the lawyers had enough evidence.
“The forcible removal of lawyers and refusal to accept collected evidence (…) is a clear ground of appeal this court decision to the ECHR. In the law Union Aver Lex, where Serdyuk, said earlier about the grounds to believe that the bullets fired by security forces in downtown Kiev. It is emphasized that the shots were fired from weapons originally stolen from the premises of law enforcement agencies in the Western regions of Ukraine.
Mass protests in 2013-2014 in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine led to a violent change of government and flight of President Viktor Yanukovych. In the course of these events killed more than 100 people. Subsequently, the leaders of the Maidan occupied government positions and became the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
