Two teenagers who attacked school No. 127 in Perm, are unable to explain to investigators in the interrogation, why are massacred. About it reports “Interfax” with reference to the Commissioner for human rights in the Perm region Pavel Mikova.
According to the Ombudsman, the incident could have been avoided if the school security guard noticed inappropriate behavior of teenagers and called the rapid response team. Mikov said that in that day, one of the accused tried to get into the building, but it was not allowed until he had the former student and his met friend.
“Inadequate assessment of the situation in the child’s behavior, unfortunately, became one of the reasons, in my opinion, why this became possible in the 127-th school”, — said Mikov.
