A fire in the Kemerovo TC “Winter cherry” began on March 25. According to official figures, killed 64 people, including 41 children. Judging by the list published by the Kemerovo mayoralty, 69 people were injured. On March 28, Russia declared a day of mourning.
According to investigators, the main cause of the fire — circuit wiring. Criminal case is being investigated on three counts, including violating fire safety rules. Investigators say that the “Winter cherry” was not working emergency exits, and fire alarm system.
