In Australia the Golden Retriever was able to alert his sleeping owners about the flood. This was reported by the newspaper the Daily Mail.

The incident occurred in Cairns, Queensland. Family Wilson — Jenna and her two daughters were asleep when they were awakened by the barking of the dog, Rusty. Golden Retriever raised the alarm around midnight, when the house started to fill with water from the chimney. At first Jenna had underestimated the danger and began to MOP up the water, but looked out the window and realized that I need to escape.

“I grabbed the kids, dog and cat and ran away,” he told the Australian. Over the next few hours their house was completely flooded. Of all property survived only two canoes.

Jenna hopes to be able to repair the damage with the insurance company. She told me that she was awarded an attentive dog with a new collar, bone and a good shampoo.

In January it was reported about a dog who rescued ten cats from Python. The dog got into a fight with a five-meter snake trying to steal Pets.
