Mother Skripal hid poisoning son



Mother of former GRU Colonel Sergei Skripal, poisoned in Salisbury, not reported the incident. That’s what his niece said in an interview to “the Russian service Bi-Bi-si”.

“She [the mother Skripal] won’t know [about the poisoning] until the last moment. She learns in that moment, when this situation is somehow resolved,” — said Victoria Skripal, currently residing in Russia.

According to her, 90-year-old woman with health problems: she has a weak eyesight and hearing, she also suffers from diabetes. “But she’s a solid mind, good memory, good reasons, but the heart is weak, — said the niece Skripal, — in addition, because of a broken hip she almost does not go, not watch TV”.

“Sergei called her once a week — every two weeks consistently. But she knew that if he didn’t call so in the business,” she said.

Former GRU officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia on March 4, found unconscious in the Park in Salisbury. Britain was accused of poisoning with nerve substance Moscow and sent 23 Russian diplomats. Later on the decision to expel the Russian officials said 16 countries in Europe, USA, Canada and Australia, Ukraine and Moldova. Moscow rejects the allegations and has promised the West to respond to the expulsion of its diplomats.
