The Rosselkhoznadzor is concerned about the quality of the products supplied to Russian schools, hospitals, maternity homes and nursing homes, reports video News Service.
The official representative of Department Julia Melano told that after six months of monitoring in social institutions was received “dismal figures for the number of counterfeits”.
The service has decided not to announce specific data. According to Melano, in the first place adulterated dairy products, also have many complaints about the quality of meat and cereals.
The reason the Rosselkhoznadzor believe the imperfection of the state procurement system — it does not allow the suppliers of quality products to win the auction.
The Agency appealed to the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) proposed to change the procurement system, however, the FAS proposals were unreasonable.
Also, the Rosselkhoznadzor reported the problem to the CPS and asked to withdraw defective products from circulation.
