Amount of debts of the Russians for the second quarter grew by 400 billion rubles and amounted to 4.4 trillion rubles. This is reported by “Izvestia”, citing data of the Federal service of court bailiffs (FSSP).
By 1 June the average amount of debt declined by 2.3 thousand rubles, and stayed at the level of 92.2 thousand rubles. 40 percent of the debt falls on Bank loans (1.7 trillion rubles). While the debts for housing and communal services grew by 18 percent, due to increased litigation.
Director of the Institute of strategic analysis FBK Grant Thornton Igor Nikolaev believes that the accumulation of debt contributed to the decline in real incomes for four years. The FSSP data include debt liabilities of Russians: utilities, maintenance, taxes and credit, which received the court decision on recovery of funds.
July 12, Rosstat called debt of Russians for housing and communal services. In the first quarter of 2018, the total debt amounted to 1.4 trillion rubles, which is 5.3 percent more than in the same period last year. The average size of the debt is at 46 thousand rubles.
In June the bailiffs summed up the results of the debt for the first quarter. The amount of debt of all Russians amounted to 4 trillion rubles, half of the funds have received loans.
