According to the us Treasury, commercial Bank “Agrosoyuz” have made big money transfers to Han Jang-soo, the representative chief of the North Korean foreign trade Bank Foreign Trade Bank in Moscow. “The United States will continue to abide by UN sanctions and the United States, to interdict the flow of capital in Korea,” said Finance Minister Steven Mnuchin.

In addition, the Agency has imposed restrictive measures against Ri Jong-Won living in the Russian capital, Deputy representative of the Foreign Trade Bank. Both the North Koreans need to leave Russia in the framework of respect for UN resolutions, designed to exert pressure on Pyongyang.

The sanctions hit two more banks: China Dandong Zhongsheng Industry&Trade Co. and the North Korean Korea Ungum Corporation.

The Treasury statement followed the Secretary General of the United States Mike Pompeo about the need to comply with the sanctions regime against North Korea. During a visit to the security forum of ASEAN in Singapore, he complained that Pyongyang violates two UN resolutions.
