Compliance with this regulation is essential for the implementation of the so-called law of Spring. He tells the organizers of the dissemination of information and Telecom operators to store users ‘ data for a certain period.

According to experts of the Ministry of economic development, the rules require improvement and refinement. It involves the acceleration of technological development in the country.

In its conclusion, the Department also relied on the opinion of the IT industry. From the review it follows that the implementation of the rules requires major financial investments. The requirement of duplicate copies of user data, the specialists of the economic development Ministry has proposed to completely eliminate.

Earlier it became known that the organizers of the dissemination of information can not comply with “the law of Spring” due to the lack of regulations. By the end of July 2018 employees have not received the documents that describe the transfer of user data to law enforcement. A rule to store all user data for six months came into force on 1 July.
