The wage Fund of Chukotka increased to two billion rubles

The government of Chukotka for three years increased the wage Fund for public sector employees two billion rubles, told TASS the head of the region Roman Kopin.

According to him, the Fund grew from 6.7 to 8.7 billion. “This year, public sector wages should be higher for these items of expenditure in the regional budget added more than 500 million rubles”, — he said.

According to the Agency, the average wage in the region amounts to 85 thousand rubles. High numbers give a world of financial and mining industry, said Kopin. He stressed that local government is a benchmark to fulfil the target of presidential decrees to bring the level of wages in the region to the average denominator for the economy.
