Putin wanted more positivity in social media

President Vladimir Putin believes that social networks lack of positive content. The relevant observation he shared during communication with participants of the educational forum “Mashuk” on Wednesday, August 15, RIA Novosti reported.

Head of the project “Student media” Israel of Kadiev told Putin about how to create content for the student television Studio. He noted that it mainly applies to social networks.

“It is especially nice that you are working in networks. Because, as I understand it, the mood you have the most positive. And positive networks need 100 percent, which is often not enough,” reacted the head of state.

June 7, Vladimir Putin said that “no one is going to close” social networking in Russia. So the head of state responded to the appeal of popular bloggers who asked him to comment on the rumors about closing Instagram and YouTube. He also recognized the need to use modern means of dealing with terrorists, not limiting freedom, including on the Internet.
