Expect last minute deal to Turkey in the fall is not worth it. It is reported by ATOR (Association of tour operators of Russia).
The interviewed experts are even predicting a small increase in the cost of vouchers due to the cost of aviation fuel and reduction provided by the Ankara subsidies on kerosene. If in 2017, the Turkish government had provided a subsidy for aviation fuel in the amount of 35-40 dollars per person, this year it is 10-15 dollars.
The price increase will impact the depreciation of the Turkish Lira and Russian ruble, also the operators anticipate the reduction of special offers from hotels in connection with the return of the Turks to domestic tourism.
According to ATOR, the minimum cost of tours to Turkey seven nights all-inclusive for two adults and one child from Moscow in September from the leading tour operators located in the area of 50-55 thousand rubles.
