Convicted for bribery former Deputy head of the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) Denis Nikandrov has passed the FSB and the Prosecutor General’s office of his boss Alexander Drymanov. For that he saved the property from confiscation, has avoided a multimillion-dollar fine and will be eligible for parole, according to “Kommersant”, citing a source.

The publication notes that Nikandrov, being in jail, entered into a pretrial agreement on cooperation with the Prosecutor General, in which I admitted the guilt and told about the corruption scheme Drymanov. The newspaper’s sources say that the Deputy head of the Moscow SC only confirmed the information collected by the FSB, and his boss Drymanov “provided the result is not less valuable information than has entered into a deal Nikandrov”.

Head nikandrova Alexander Drymanov arrested. He was charged with two episodes of bribery — large and extra large. The hearing of his case took place behind closed doors.

Colonel Alexander Lemonov July 26, was sentenced to five years ‘ rigorous imprisonment for taking bribes. His case was severed from the case against Mikhail Maksimenko.

The former head of Department of the TFR in TSAO Alexey Kramarenko was also taken into custody in the case of receiving a bribe from a crime boss.

On 20 April the Moscow city court sentenced Maksimenko to 13 years of strict regime on charges of bribery, sentenced him to a fine of 165 million rubles and deprived of the rank of Colonel.

About the case against the head of USB SKR Maksimenko and his Deputy Alexander Limonova became known in September 2017. Investigators believe that Maksimenko, Limonov and Nikandrov took a bribe from the leader of Russian criminal world, thief in law Zachariah kalashova (Shakro Young) for the release of his assistant Andrei Kochanova named Italian jail.
