To improve energy efficiency in Ukraine should refuse from Central hot water in favor of offline. This was stated by a member of the Board of the State Agency on energy efficiency and energy saving, Maria Yakovleva the channel ObozTV.
“In any city in Europe, especially in the capitals of the countries today have a system of zoning, and virtually no centralized supply of hot water. The street no one will warm to the people to pay for it,” said Yakovlev, commenting on a proposal to Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko.
In her opinion, to refuse from Central hot water followed 20 years ago. “It all depends on the features and factors specific to the individual district or city. So I think that is a very good initiative,” she explained.
Noting the possible risks of implementation, Yakovlev called “unprofessional, people’s” performance “brilliant” ideas. She assured that if you change the heating system will choose the “better options”: the construction of the substation, the Union of several houses or quarter.
To abandon the centralized hot water supply in favor of Autonomous suggested Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko. According to him, at the moment in many cities, centralized water supply “is almost missing.”
