Russian athletes made up the “paranoid” memo on the dangers of doping

Russian athlete Sergey Shubenkov has posted a photo with a memo, where athletes are warned against the possible penetration into their body of illegal drugs. The image is available in Twitter account Shubenkova.

The document shows how contact with prohibited substances in the body and the tips of his escape. For example, athletes are advised to carefully read the labels on Supplements, medications and products, not to drink water from unverified sources is critical to any tips and be able to say “no” to the offer of a glass of water, “even if it offers your teammate”.

In 2015, the membership of the all-Russian athletics Federation (vfla) in the International Association of athletics federations (IAAF) was suspended for systematic violation of anti-doping rules. Russian athletes were allowed a speech at the international competitions in neutral status. The application of the Russians to participate in the tournaments were considered individually.
