The recording lasts 55 minutes. Her IG followers are encouraged to continue the fight, despite recent defeats, and to carry out attacks in Europe. Muslims also congratulate the chief festival of the year Eid al-Adhai (Eid al-Adha), the celebration of completion of Hajj.
As noted, to confirm the authenticity of the recording has failed, so does the voice of al-Baghdadi is unknown. The last time such message attributed to the leader of ISIS, appeared in September 2017.
Earlier in August, a source in the Iraqi law enforcement agencies reported that al-Baghdadi survived clinical death. According to him, the leader of ISIS, was severely injured in the airstrike and “lost the ability to perform their duties”, the group began a sharp disagreement.
