Lukashenko complained about the drunkenness in the government

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said about the problem of drunkenness in the government of the Republic. His words leads Agency BelTA.

“Publicly I want to say about the inadmissibility of drinking. I was embarrassed to talk about it, but many leaders whom I sent recently [to resign], for the collar well,” said the head of state.

Lukashenko explained that not watching subordinates spend their free time. “But as far as drinking, you should know your limits you should know with whom, where and how”, — said the President, noting that he practically does not drink alcohol.

According to him, soon, drinking, their positions will lose some officials. “I’m not saying that all the saints and the glass is not needs to hold in their hands. I’m talking about alcoholism and alcoholics. Their leadership will not be”, — he promised, adding that sometimes the logic of his personnel decisions do not need to look for conspiracy.

In mid-August, the Belarusian leader appointed new Prime Minister — Sergei Rumas, as well as his three deputies and the heads of several ministries and departments. The update of the government began after Lukashenko was dissatisfied with the implementation of the programme on development of Vitebsk region.

In April this year after a visit to Moldova, the head of the Republic urged to train Belarusians to drink wine instead of spirits. “I don’t mind if people 70-100 grams of vodka a day drinking. But we can not 70-100 grams. If we don’t have to pour a liter of spirits at one time” — she complained Lukashenko.
