“I confirm that without doubt this was a translation error. We apologize for this human error. Translators have a very stressful job and it is especially difficult when they have no advance text of the speeches,” he said.

Dujarric explained that because of the urgent nature of meeting translators in advance was not provided with the texts of the speeches, which greatly complicates the implementation of the transfer.
