Prices for private homes in Russia for the year decreased. This is evidenced by the materials of analysts of a portal “World Apartments” (“Ribbon.ru”).
The average home in the Russian Federation in November of 2018 is 4.67 million rubles, analysts portal. This is 8.7 percent lower than a year earlier.
Thus in 23 Russian regions, prices grew over the year. Particularly pronounced dynamics were in Karelia, Kaliningrad and Chelyabinsk regions (in the range of 16.3-18.5%).
The most noticeable drop is noted in the Kirov region — 30.9%. Among the regions with plummeting house prices also includes Primorsky Krai (28.6 percent), Khabarovsk Krai (28.5%), Vologda oblast (28%), Sverdlovsk region (27.4%), Voronezh oblast (26.9 percent) and Krasnoyarsk Krai (26 percent).
In 14 regions, the decline was from 15 to 25 percent. In the Moscow region house prices for the year fell by 8.7

A little more expensive than two million houses in the Altai Republic, Kalmykia Republic and the Ivanovo region.
Earlier in “World apartments” has calculated that the price of land plots in the Moscow region fell over the year by an average of 2.6 percent. Minimum prices in November 2018, according to them, it was noted in Ozersk and Silver-Prudsky districts.
