Moscow region Governor Vorobyov and Putin discussed the implementation of the may decree

The Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov discussed with Russian President Vladimir Putin of the challenges faced by heads of regions in the framework of the decree on the national goals and strategic objectives of the country’s development for the period up to 2024. The discussion was held at the enlarged meeting of the State Council in Yalta together with other heads of constituent entities, the press service of the Governor of Moscow region.

Following the discussion it was suggested concrete measures aimed at implementing the decree. Vorobyov noted the importance of the tasks of the Moscow region.

“Two children’s hospitals will be built under the decree, the new building of the cancer center, nearly 200 schools, a large number of kindergartens. We need to create jobs, to attract maximum number of investors and to tear down the various barriers that stand in the way of investment. We are focused on very intensive work,” — said Vorobyov.

7 may 2018, Putin signed a decree on the national goals and strategic objectives of Russia for the period up to 2024. The document outlines the main priorities in the development of the country, mainly in the social sphere, for example, formation of a system of protection of patients ‘ rights, creating mechanisms for the participation of citizens in the creation of a comfortable urban environment, the increase in the birth rate.
