In Omsk, the police detained a suspect in the arson of the administrative building after the crime scene was found his passport. About it reports TASS.
Men tried to set fire to the front door of city hall. “The attacker ran up, threw the door lighting fluid, ignited and ran off, oboronu the passport,” — said in the Department of public safety city administration. Employees of the city hall were able to quickly extinguish the fire. The document was discovered, police arrived on the scene.
As reported on the website of the interior Ministry of Russia in the Omsk region in respect of 26-year-old resident of Omsk, whose name was not disclosed, three criminal cases: “Hooliganism” (part 1 of article 214 of the criminal code), “Vandalism” (part 1 of article 213 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation) and “Deliberate destruction or damage of property”. About the motives of the arsonist is not reported that investigations into the incident.
