The Prosecutor’s office of the Altai territory will check one of the morgues of Barnaul, which employees mixed up the bodies of the dead when issuing their relatives. On Friday, January 25, reports the website of the regional administration.
Prosecutors intend to evaluate staff compliance with the mortuary laws “On the procedure for conducting post-mortem autopsies”. It is noted that the inspection will be carried out jointly with the Ministry of health of the region.
Relatives and colleagues of the deceased noticed the substitution at the last moment before the farewell ceremony in one of the ritual halls of the city. People had to go back to the morgue where they’re almost two hours looking for the body of the deceased woman reported the edition “News Altai”.
Then the deceased was taken to the ritual room, but there has already begun following a farewell ceremony. So dead immediately drove to the cemetery. After the funeral, the family went into the dining room, where he ordered dinner, which also had to be cancelled because of the delay.
