A citizen of Kyrgyzstan Husnidin of Zainobidinov detained in Magnitogorsk on January 16, complained of torture by the police. On Friday, January 25, “Radio Azattyk” (the Kyrgyz service of “Radio Liberty”) reported with reference to the spouse of the detainee, Khalimakhon.
According to the woman, her husband was beaten and tortured with electric current. He said that he was suspected of involvement in the explosion in a house in Magnitogorsk, showed pictures of unknown people with beards and begged their data. Human rights activist Bakhrom Hamroev said that at present Zainobidinov is in the Magnitogorsk prison №2.
The Prosecutor’s office is considering an extradition of the detainee in Kyrgyzstan because of Zainobidinov is in the international wanted list on charges of rioting in the country in June 2010. His wife explained that after those events the family Zainobidinov was forced to leave Kyrgyzstan.
On January 18, media reported that the bombings in Magnitogorsk could be involved in three persons — Mahmud Jumaev, Alisher Kaimov and Almir Abitov, one of them is a citizen of Uzbekistan. Their relatives said “Moskovsky Komsomolets” these messages. While the Investigative Committee of Russia urged not to trust the version about the attack.
Earlier in the day it became known that responsibility for explosion of an apartment house and bus in Magnitogorsk took the banned terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG). In Management of FSB of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region said that this information can be spreading.
