A citizen of Kyrgyzstan, complained about the beating to the police Magnitogorsk while checking on participation in explosion in an apartment building are injured. This was announced by the Prosecutor of the Chelyabinsk area Vitaly Lapin, reports Znak.com.
According to him, after publications in the media about the use of violence to the detainee were held Prosecutor’s check, during which they interviewed a man and his family.
“Now he and his wife categorically deny the use of violence. However, it was found that men really are injured,” said the Prosecutor, adding that the materials are transferred in Investigatory Committee to conduct the preliminary investigation.
On 25 January it became known about the torture suffered by the citizen of Kyrgyzstan Husnidin of Zainobidinov. His wife said that her husband was suspected of involvement in the explosion in a house in Magnitogorsk, arrested and then the police were beaten and tortured with electric current. According to her, he was shown photographs of unknown people with beards and quizzed their data. Human rights activist Bakhrom Hamroev said that at present Zainobidinov is in the Magnitogorsk prison №2.
At home the man is wanted on charges of rioting in the country in June 2010. His wife explained that after those events the family Zainobidinov was forced to leave Kyrgyzstan.
On January 18, media reported that the explosions in Magnitogorsk could be involved in three persons — Mahmud Jumaev, Alisher Kaimov and Almir Abitov, one of them is a citizen of Uzbekistan.
It was reported that responsibility for explosion of an apartment house and bus in Magnitogorsk took the banned terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG). In Management of FSB of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region said that this information can be spreading. The Investigative Committee of Russia urged not to trust the version about the attack.

After examining the debris, investigators announced that traces of explosives or their components for the recovered fragments are not detected.
