A study by the international auditing and consulting network FinExpertiza (is at the disposal “of the Tape.ru”) showed that 27 States, significantly increase trade turnover with Russia in 2018, 17 support anti-Russian sanctions.

Most of all, by 2018 the volume of trade with Russia increased Poland, Moldova and Switzerland. So, Poland increased its turnover by 37.5 percent, Moldova — 31 per cent, Switzerland by 30.1 percent. To achieve such performance was mainly due to the growth of Russian exports.

In addition, the initiators of the sanctions — USA — regained the level of trade with Russia at 92.6 per cent. In 2018, the volume of trade turnover between the countries increased by 10.3 percent.

Besides the U.S., among the countries most actively restoring trade with Russia, joined by Germany and Belgium. Least managed to play a drop in the trade turnover of Latvia, Ukraine and Italy.

The study notes that since the introduction of the first anti-Russian sanctions to significantly strengthen their positions and increase the trade turnover could primarily state did not support the restrictive measures, China, Armenia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and India.
