Advisor to the President for homeland security John Bolton has banned the American leader is Donald Trump to conduct a dialogue with Caracas. This was told in an interview to RIA Novosti the President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro.

“All these years I have attempted, on a personal level — sent messages that reached the trump publicly, through the media that the US government was established relationship, respect, dialogue, regardless of political, cultural, ideological differences, despite different national circumstances,” said Maduro.
The Venezuelan leader stressed that the case in Bolton: “I Have information that he is banned”.
