Ukrainian masters of martial arts caught in Russia for the murder

In St. Petersburg detained two-time world champion in kickboxing Vadim Olenchyk, accused Ukraine of murder. On Wednesday, January 30, Interfax reported a source in law enforcement bodies .

23-year-old medalist in kickboxing, European champion and the fivefold champion of Ukraine on Thai Boxing was in the international wanted list through Interpol.

Olenchyk is accused of murdering his friend and the subsequent theft of his car. The young man is charged with part 2 of article 115 (“Premeditated murder committed from mercenary motives”) and part 1 of article 289 (“Illegal taking vehicle”) criminal code of Ukraine.

The Russian law enforcement bodies already informed the Ukrainian colleagues about the detention of the accused. Currently, Olenchyk is in the Department of police of St. Petersburg.
