Former speaker of the National Council (Parliament) of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic (DND) Andrey Purgin considers bestiality a decision not to grant him citizenship of the Republic. With this statement he made in an interview with “anti-Fascist”.
Burgin explained that he did not intend to challenge the refusal of a passport in court. “While this doesn’t make any sense, because [issued Purgin] document (which States that the statement Purgina on issuing him a passport was rejected — approx. “Of the tape.ru”) did not indicate the reason for the refusal my wife and me. The court is a dispute. And then there is absolute lawlessness,” he said.
“Most likely, I’ll put in a request to the Prosecutor’s office in relation to the document without the seal and stamp, which in fact is void and not specified the reasons for the refusal: [section IV of the provisional regulations on the passport of the citizen of DNR], which is referred to the authors of bursting, with a dozen sub-items. On the basis of them denied to me? It’s a blatant bestiality”, — said ex-speaker of the Parliament of the breakaway Republic.
Purgin also expressed their dissatisfaction with the fact that a number of “Pro-government” Telegram-channels said that the document contains a real address Purgina. “Apparently, I hope that someone a grenade through the window I will throw and that will solve the inconvenient question. In any normal country this would be cause for criminal prosecution. But not us,” he said.
On the question of who had to do with him in this way, Burgin replied that he suspects the local law enforcers. “I think that Ukraine is on the way”, he concluded.
In 2014, Burgin was one of the leaders of the so-called Russian spring in the Donetsk region and took part in the creation of the Donetsk people’s Republic. From may to November 2014, he was the first Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, and from November 2014 to September 2015 was the speaker of the Parliament DND.
