The head of “Gazprom” Alexey Miller owns an apartment in the centre of Saint-Petersburg area 1396,3 square meters and worth at least a billion rubles. To such conclusion came the authors of the project Baza posted on the service “Yandex.Zen”.
They refer to the extract from the Unified state register of real estate (egrn). According to her, the apartment is located in the Miller building at the address: Mytninskaya embankment, 5. In the same building is another apartment with the area of 186,4 square meters, also owned by the head of “Gazprom”.
According to the project, the largest of the apartments was formerly divided into six parts, which subsequently merged. The apartment Windows overlook the embankment of the Neva river and the Peter and Paul fortress.
Also, the authors lead the cadastral value of the apartment is 284 million rubles. However, the market price, according to them, significantly exceeds this amount and may be equal to one billion rubles.
In 2015, the newspaper “Business Petersburg” wrote about another apartment in the same building, allegedly owned by Miller. Its area is 400 square meters.
