Sketch a three-meter sculpture approved by the Chairman of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin — this is the figure of the Archangel Michael, trampling on a serpent with a spear, which symbolizes the victory of forces of light over forces of darkness. The composition will set in front of the main entrance to the new building Department, which is currently under construction.
The construction of a new building in the Technical lane in Moscow began in 2015 and is expected to end in 2019. the Cost of construction is estimated at 5.6 billion rubles.
The idea of the monument was born in Association of “Union of investigation veterans”: according to the authors, it “will contribute to spiritual and moral education of youth.”
