The Prosecutor’s office of Novosibirsk announced the termination of the persecution of the graduate of Novosibirsk school №5 Vladimir Goglia, a suspect in the hacking of the e-journal for the sake of removal of twos in the years of study, in connection with the insignificance of the crime. About it the public Prosecutor said in court, reports “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.
The court retired to the deliberation room, the verdict will be handed down on Tuesday, February 12.

According to investigators, in spring 2016 16-year-old student hacked into and then within a month he corrected the bad grades themselves and classmates. The school staff found out about it in November and reported it to the police. The teenager was tried under article 272 of the Russian criminal code (“Illegal access to computer information”), the maximum punishment on which provides till two years of imprisonment.
The case has received a public resonance. In defense Gopika was made by the mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokot, who called to “leave the young man alone.”
