Russian satellite re-broke is not because of Russia

The failure of the individual spacecraft can be associated with anthropogenic impact, reported RIA Novosti Director of the Institute of nuclear physics, Moscow state University, Vice-President of the international Committee on space research (COSPAR), doctor of physico-mathematical Sciences, Professor Mikhail Panasyuk.

According to him, the Russian experts did not have direct evidence of such impact, as it “should be put on satellites and special equipment to analyze a sufficiently large amount of data”.

“However, I will say that the strange behavior of our devices on the failed satellite “Vernov” was. I saw the data on the last moments of his life, and detector of electromagnetic radiation behaved atypical for this region of space and geomagnetic environment. This can be explained by seismic events and anthropogenic impact,” said the Professor.

He acknowledged that the Institute “more and more I feel the lack of access to American and European electronic component base”, and no problems with the purchase of Chinese items.

In January Panasyuk said that in earth orbit are just two major Russian scientific satellite, but they both are not fully functioning.

In the same month it was reported that “the Federal space Agency” often does not have accurate data on the causes of failure of own satellites.

Small spacecraft “Vernov” is designed to study relativistic electrons and fixation of gamma-ray bursts. The satellite was launched in July 2014. Five months later, with the spacecraft, the connection was lost.
