The cost of implementing national projects in the framework of the may decree of the President of Russia will amount to 25.7 trillion rubles. They planned to spend during the six
years, to the materials on the website of the government.
The document refers to 13 projects. 12 of them are responsible for strategic areas: demography, health, education, science, culture, housing and the urban environment, ecology, highways, labor and employment, digital economy, small and medium business and international cooperation and export.
Another project — a comprehensive plan for the modernization and expansion of backbone infrastructure, worth 6.35 trillion rubles. This is the most expensive of the projects, its parameters has been repeatedly revised. In particular, at the end of January, the Ministry of transport increased the cost of the plan, responsible for rail transport, at 220 billion rubles to a total of 1.47 trillion.
It is planned that a 13.2 trillion for the implementation of national projects will be allocated from the Federal budget of 4.9 trillion regional budgets, 147,8 billion — from the state off-budget funds. The rest should ensure that private investors, including in the framework of last year’s arrangement with the government.
The may decree signed by President Vladimir Putin after taking office in the spring of 2018. It lists the tasks for the period up to 2024, including the achievement of economic growth the world average level, and the doubling of non-oil exports.
