The Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow withdrew the arrest of property of the former Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev, who is serving an eight-year term for taking bribes in the amount of two million dollars, reports RIA Novosti.
Interim measures were abolished after the convicted official was paid 130 million rubles fine.
Hearings were held without Ulyukayev, who wished not to participate in them. He is now in Tver colony.
In December 2016, the court imposed security a lien on the property of the former head of Ministry of economic development. Later, the Prosecutor said that Ulyukayev and his family owns four apartments in Moscow: apartment on Malaya Lubyanka and Voskresenskaya street, four on Malaya Bronnaya, and five on Olof Palme. In addition, the house in the Ramenskoye district of Moscow region, a house and agricultural land in the Smolensk region, as well as house and land in Yalta.
For the period of investigation was arrested on money official and the collection of coins made of precious metals. The total amount came under the interim measure property — half a billion rubles.
